Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

All items are shipped in a plastic bubble envelope or a box.  Most items ship USPS with a tracking number.

What if my order is lost or stolen in transit?

All orders are shipped via USPS which provides a tracking number. Any order confirmed by USPS as delivered but not received by buyer will need to be reordered at the buyer's expense. When the original order is received by buyer, buyer will receive a refund for product after item is returned to seller at buyer's expense in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

Seller is not responsible for stolen items.

Buyer is encouraged to contact their local Post Office for customer support. Upon request, seller can file a claim on behalf of buyer for lost or missing orders. Seller is not obligated to offer refunds on lost packages but may do so on a case by case basis.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Buyer must contact the seller within 2 days of receipt. Buyer must provide pictures of the damaged original packaging and also the damaged products. Buyer must retain all packaging and damaged goods in order for a claim to be filed with the USPS. If failure to provide those items to USPS results in the claim being denied, buyer will not be reimbursed by seller. Seller is always willing to work with buyer with a damage claim in accordance with these requirements.
