The entire piece is painted with quality satin finish paint before the front edges are sanded to reveal the raw wood under. I designed the saying, printed it and permanently applied it to the wood. A final step of shading the edges of the saying with matching paint to blend it into the block makes this a high quality décor piece for your home. Not suitable for outdoors.
